I had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant last weekend! The service was top-​notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made great recommendations. But the real star of ​the show was the food - oh, the food! I ordered the Murgh Malai Kebab, and it was cooked to ​perfection. The flavours were bold and exciting, and the presentation was beautiful. I was ​impressed by the creativity and care that clearly went into crafting each dish.

The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a warm and modern decor that set the tone for a

wonderful evening. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of ​the food and service.

Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic meal in a ​welcoming environment. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!

New entrant to Porirua's food scene and a suprise discovery on a Saturday night when I was ​craving curry and was trying to find somewhere new. New Paradise is in the new Kai Tahi food ​court. I was very satisfied. I had a chicken hydrabad and my son a desi butter chicken. My ​hydrabad was packing lots of flavour, with ginger and coriander providing clean flavours and the ​heat level was perfect for me at med-hot (I like hot). Sons butter chcken was also tasty and was ​consumed pretty quickly. Both dished has good portions of tasty chicken. We'll definitely be ​back. Thanks!

The Hyderabadi dum biryani is a must try here. It feels very ​authentic and feels like from Hyderabad.

The mutton haleem is very special here and one of the only ​places it is available in Wellington.

All other Hyderabadi style curries are delicious.

My wife liked it a lot as well.

Absolutely love this Wellington gem! The biryani here is ​unmatched in the region -truly an explosion of flavors. It's ​become my favorite spot, and l've never experienced such ​culinary delight elsewhere. The only drawback is the limited ​seating, accommodating just four diners at a time.

However, the takeaway option ensures you can savor these ​incredible meals anywhere. Highly recommend trying it; the ​taste is worth every bit of the cozy space constraint.

First time I have ordered food from New Paradise

Lower Hutt. I ordered the chicken biryani and asked for spicy ​(I think it's usually mild to medium) and a plain Naan.

I get home and dish up my dinner, first spoonful and OMG it ​tasted exactly how I imagined! Tasty - Aroma - level of spicy ​was just right for me - chicken melt in your mouth stuff! ​PERFECTION!!

The customer service was very good! I will definitely be going ​back to New Paradise Lower Hutt for sure!
